Mary Watterick Evans 

Entitled Coit Tower, this 1940s graphite cityscape on tracing paper is by San Leandro, CA artist Mary Watterick Evans.  Evans was a Graphics Arts instructor at Chabot College in Hayward, CA.  She is known for her linocut rural scenes of the Bay Area.

Good vintage condition, age toning throughout. Framed in a restored vintage wood frame in a brown finish with black detail using a warm white archival matting under conservation clear glass.
