Jane Mitchell
This 1972 abstract serigraph on paper is by East Coast painter, printmaker, and designer Jane Mitchell (1915-1988). Mitchell studied Art History and Fine Art at Wheaton College and University of Iowa. She lived and worked in Ibiza, Spain during the 1950s-60s and was influenced by Cubism and Surrealism. Mitchell exhibited throughout the U.S. and Spain during her lifetime.

Signed and dated lower right. Excellent vintage condition. Framed in a solid wood frame with a clear lacquer finish using archival matting and white archival spacers behind conservation clear glass.
