Howard Albert
This 1981 etching on paper abstract is by Chicago artist, musician and composer Howard Albert (1911-2004). Albert studied at the Chicago Art Institute and with Stanley William Hayter at Atelier 17 in New York. He was a master printmaker and the founder of the Pauper's Press.

Signed and dated lower right. Framed in a restored vintage wood frame with a matte black finish and visible wood grain using 8-ply archival matting behind conservation clear glass. Excellent vintage condition.
