This 1967 pen and ink drawing entitled "Mathematic and the Future" is by Puerto Rican Modernist artist Santos Rene Irizarry (1934-1997). He studied art at the University of Puerto Rico with Carlos Marichal, the Galeria Campeche with Domingo Garcia in San Juan and the National School of Plastic Arts Academy of San Carlos in Mexico with Diego Rivera, Rufino Tamayo and Jose Clemente Orozco.
