Entitled No Beginning and No End this 1946 ink on paper monochromatic comic illustration is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1904-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and California College of Arts & Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly. He was also a member of the Artists Club, Artists & Art Directors Club, and Advertising Club all in San Francisco and had many shows in San Francisco during the 1960s.

Signed in lower right image area and titled at the bottom. Good vintage condition. Framed in a contemporary wood frame with a texted face floating on archival matting using spacers behind conservation clear glass.
