This 1940s linoleum block print on paper Palo Alto, CA scene is by San Leandro, CA artist Mary Watterick Evans.  Evans was a Graphics Arts instructor at Chabot College in Hayward, CA.  She is known for her linocut rural scenes of the Bay Area.
