Pacific Moonscape, this 2018 acrylic on masonite landscape scene is by contemporary Mendocino/Bay Area artist, Gaétan Caron (b. 1964), co-founder of Lost Art Salon in San Francisco. Caron's work is inspired by his surroundings and life in the mountains of inland Mendocino County, Northern California.
This work was painted during a visit to the Big Island, Puna District, Hawaii.December 2018
