This 1950s gouache and ink fashion illustration of a woman in a vintage shirtwaist dress in yellow and red is by fashion designer Frederick Gibson Bayh (1917-2007). Bayh frequently used silks and brocades selected from Gump's famous collection of Asian art treasures.
