Jane Rades
This 1980s oil on paper landscape is by California artist and poet Jane Rades (b. 1942). Rades attended the University of Wisconson- Milwaukee and studied painting at the San Francisco Art Institute from 1963-1965. She was influenced by the Bay Area Figurative Movement and Post-Impressionists, and has exhibited in San Francisco widely. Rades is a published poet and lives in San Francisco.

Framed in a contemporary wood frame with a black-brown finish using beige linen matting behind conservation clear glass. Excellent vintage condition, some minor foxing overall.
