Gaétan Caron

Entitled Anthurium & Hibiscus, Puna District, Bug Island, Hawaii this 2017 ink, watercolor and gouache vivid tropical still life is by contemporary Mendocino/Bay Area artist, Gaétan Caron (b. 1964), co-founder of Lost Art Salon in San Francisco. Caron's work is inspired by his surroundings and life in the mountains of inland Mendocino County, Northern California.

Initialed lower right. Framed in a contemporary sanded maple wood frame with an archival linen filet using 8-ply warm white archival matting behind conservation clear glass. Excellent condition.
